Debit Machines are Down


We regret to inform you that our Debit Machines are not working at this time.

We are unable to process debit transactions until further notice.
We are working to resolve this issue along with the processing company and will continue to update you.

For now, we will only be able to accept cash.

Please note: the ATM in our vestibule is still in service and available for use.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you have a wonderful day!


  • Products being delivered on a certain date will not be available for pickup upon opening on the day of their arrival. Please call for an estimated delivery time if needed– (860)848-0865.
  • Pre-Orders no longer affect wait time!! Unless you have an appointment, you will be called into the dispensing area in the order you arrived. Appointments should be scheduled 2 hours in advance.
  • CHECK YOUR CARDS FOR YOUR EXPIRATION DATE! You should start the renewal process by scheduling an appointment with your certifying Physician for approximately 4 weeks before you expire.
