What do I need to have with me when I come in?
You’ll need to bring your Valid Photo ID and your Medical Marijuana Card and your preferred method of payment. Please leave food and drink outside. Additionally, you will be required to wear a mask! **Please be sure to check for a Valid ID and Medical Marijuana Card while you wait in the car, as we will not be able to allow you to purchase without both items.
Please head inside as quickly as possible, so we can keep things moving efficiently. If we don’t see you within 10 minutes, we will remove you from the queue and require you check-in again to add yourself back into the line from your vehicle.
What do I do if the website doesn’t work on my phone OR my phone doesn’t have internet?
We will have a kiosk you can use to enter your name and phone number in our vestibule, where the ATM is!
What do I do if I don’t have a phone?
Please use the Kiosk in the vestibule to check-in. When you are entering in your name, please write your name and NO PHONE. That way we know to come find you outside. If you’re waiting in a vehicle, you can use the name field for both your name and the color and kind of vehicle you’re waiting in.
What do I do if I don’t have a car to wait in?
As long as social distancing guidelines are being followed, you are welcome to wait in our Vestibule, or feel free to peruse the CBD and Glass Shop! If it’s a nice day, feel free to wait outside until it’s your turn.
What if I’m here to do an Application or Renewal?
If you’re here to do a renewal, please give us a call when you arrive. We’ll make sure you have everything you need to complete the application and let you know when it’s your turn to come inside.
What if I have no order?
If we see you in the queue and you don’t have an order, we will reach out to you and assist you. Patients that arrived after you may be called into the building before you while we work on your order.
What if my order isn’t ready yet?
We will do our best to complete your order in a timely fashion, but other patients will be called into the building before you to make their purchase, as their orders will be completed already.
What if I have a new card or my card is expired?
If we see any issues with your certification, like an expiration, renewal or transfer, we will call you to make sure we get your new card information. If you need assistance in the renewal process, one of our staff members will be able to assist you in the next steps over the phone.
What if I do curbsides? Does anything change for me?
No, if you’re currently utilizing curbside appointments because you’re over 65 or immuno-compromised, you will continue to follow the same procedure! Just give us a call when you get here.
