Please pay attention to pedestrians, drive slowly, stay off of your cell phones and most importantly, use the correct entrance and exit to get in and out of the parking lot.

Compassionate Care Program Update:
Please be aware that most people in the Compassionate Care Program are due to renew their applications with their updated Household Income information.
If you applied for the Compassionate Care Program last year, you must submit a new application to continue to receive your CCP assistance. To keep your CCP Assistance active, please be sure to return an application to us by the 25th of the month you applied.
You may pickup an application at your next visit to the Dispensary Facility, or click here to print the application at home.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the application or your application’s due date, please do not hesitate to email or call 860-848-0865, option 5.
Please remember to bring a VALID Photo ID for all visits to the dispensary.

If your certification requires that you have your registration certificate printout, you must have the full certificate (no cut outs, etc) for purchases.
If you need us to reprint your certificate, please forward it to Help@ThamesValleyRelief.com via email.
Products can no longer be displayed before they arrive because the new website is displaying our live inventory. Products will be available to pre-order on the website once they have been delivered and are ready to be picked up at the Dispensary Facility. We will continue to keep you informed about new and returning products through twice-weekly emails!
Dried Flower, Second Cut and Select Grind are categorized together on the new menu. To avoid confusion, please read through the description listed in the product details. If you are having trouble finding a particular item, there is a search feature available to you within the menu.

Please be aware that you are not required to make an account on the website to place an order. If you do not want to create an account, make sure you do not check the box that says, “Save my info for next time.”

Changes to the Application Process:
If you are a patient paying with a debit or credit card through BIZNET without a certifying provider change, name change, email change or a caregiver, you are eligible to be approved as soon as the payment is processed. This change was made by the Medical Marijuana Program to streamline the process for renewal applicants by reducing the processing time.
Please note: If you are a new patient or a renewal patient who is paying by check or money order, a patient with a caregiver, a patient with a name change or email change, you will have to wait for your application to be reviewed by the Medical Marijuana Program. The Medical Marijuana Program may take up to 30 Business Days to process an application.
Passport photos will no longer be required as part of the registration application although that is not reflected in the BIZNET email or on the BIZNET website. You may upload a photo of your Proof of Identity or Proof of Residency to bypass that upload if you elect not to come in for help with your application.
The plastic medical marijuana cards with photos are being phased out in lieu of a new non-photo registration card that must be used with a VALID Photo ID for each purchase. All patients and caregivers will receive the new card upon their renewal. Patients and caregivers will receive a temporary certificate which they can use with a valid Photo ID until the new card arrives in the mail.
Please be careful with your new card — do not try to peel the new card off of the paper, instead punch it out along the perforations.
Bring the new card to the dispensary as soon as possible and we will laminate it for you free of charge. If you do not receive your new card in the mail before the temporary certificate expires, please email DCP.MMP@CT.gov to notify them with your name, date of birth and address.
If the card is lost, stolen, or damaged, patients will still need to submit a lost or stolen card form and $35 payment to the Department of Consumer Protection for replacement.
