13 Mar Patient Alert Re: COVID-19
Thames Valley Relief is aware of the recent news about the COVID-19 Virus and we are reaching out to address your questions and concerns regarding where we stand.
We currently plan to REMAIN OPEN with regular business hours to serve our Patients and their medical needs.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will be proactive with any decisions to ensure the safety of both our patients and our staff. We will continue to keep you updated via email and on Social Media as we gather more information.
Please rest assured that as soon as we know of any changes, we will immediately be in contact with you.
Most importantly, we ask that if patients have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, or those who present a fever and/or persistent cough, to avoid coming into the Dispensary Facility and other public places. Furthermore, we recommend that they call their primary health provider immediately.
We have many patients with compromised immune systems, and we’re hoping our community can do their part to help keep all of our patients (including YOU) healthy and well!
We encourage our Patients to utilize our pre-ordering system, if possible, and limit changes within the dispensary facility, to facilitate transactions.
Because we anticipate a higher volume of patients in the days to come, we ask for your patience, as we will make every effort to service your needs in a timely manner.
Additionally, in an abundance of caution, we will be postponing all community-centered and outreach events until further notice. We will provide new dates for events as soon as we possibly can.
