UPDATE: Dispensary Changes Effective Immediately

Good Evening,

As you know, we are aware of the recent news about the COVID-19 Virus and we are making it our mission to remain informed as more information becomes available. As previously announced, we currently plan to REMAIN OPEN to service our patients medical needs and keep you updated as changes need to be made.

As always, please know that we are committed to the health and safety of our patients and employees — below are new proactive measures we are taking.

Effective Immediately:
1. The waiting room will be closed to our patients.

We will be implementing a 1 in and 1 out policy for the number of registers that are open inside the Dispensary Facility.

Please expect to wait in line outside of the facility when visiting. We ask that you limit your number of visits to the Dispensary Facility during this time, if possible.

2. We will have a dedicated Pre-Order register(s) for patients who will NOT make any modifications to their orders.

If a modification is made, our staff will require the patient to return to the normal pick-up line. We ENCOURAGE patients to utilize the Pre-Ordering system as it will limit wait time outside of the facility and allow for faster transactions once within in the Dispensing Area.

3. Pharmacists will be offering Phone Consults instead of our normal Orientation Appointments.

Our staff will be reaching out to Patients who are already scheduled and will continue to inform Patients as they reach out to us.

Most Importantly:
If you have been feeling ill, have a fever, or have been known to be in contact with someone who is ill or has the virus, PLEASE STAY HOME!!

We want to be here for you, to provide for your medical needs, but that requires all of our Patients and Caregivers to follow our lead, take the necessary precautions and be sensitive to the health of others within our communities. We know these changes may appear to be an inconvenience, but we want to assure you that we are doing this in the best interest of your health and safety.

If you are a patient or caregiver with a compromised immune system, please call us. We will work with you to find a solution to make sure your medical needs are met.

We are actively working with the DCP to ensure everyone has access to their medicine in one way or another.

Again, to limit the length of each transaction, we ask that you utilize our Pre-Ordering system if possible. You can place an order by visiting our Menu online. Because we anticipate a higher volume of patients in the coming days, we ask for your patience, as we will make every effort to help you in a timely manner.

If a product you are looking for is currently unavailable, please be aware that we will be receiving new products on Tuesday and Wednesday. We will send an email tomorrow with an update on what is expected to arrive.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are happy to help however we can.

Look out for one another, and be well.

PATIENT ALERT: While Pre-Orders are still encouraged for reduced wait-times, you may Pre-Order OR Order at the Counter :) Have a great day!
